EduTrack replaces the separate spreadsheets, printed forms, and bulletin-board postings schools typically juggle with one system that every role logs into.
The problem it solves. Enrollment forms get filed in one office, grades get encoded in another system, and schedules get posted on a corkboard that half the students never check. EduTrack puts all three in front of the person who needs them, the moment they log in.
Who uses it. Students check their own enrollment status, grades, and schedule. Teachers post grades and class announcements directly. Admins manage enrollment records, section assignments, and school-wide notices — all from role-specific dashboards.
What makes it a system, not a form. Every entry is tied to a student ID and school term, so a grade, a schedule slot, or an announcement is always traceable to who posted it and when.
